Adult Program

Our adult members participate in access hours, classes and workshops. During scheduled Adult Access hours, adults are expected to work independently, with staff members available to answer questions and to provide assistance with the technologies that are available for use on independent projects. Through useful courses that utilize technology, adult learners become confident, communicative and curious computer users in a safe environment in which to develop new skills. Courses generally last for six to twelve weeks. Short, one to two session workshops are also offered, that address our members questions about the technology we make available and ways to integrate its uses into their lives. Guest speakers and panel discussions are also offered as a service to our members. Our adult course offerings include:
